qlist External A collection of messages to send remotely.
A Cue List for sending timed max messages.
qsui.minimixer Abstraction an eight-channel mixer with aux send and individual panning
random-pan~ Abstraction random pan
A mono signal send into the left inlet is turned into a pseudo-stereo signal by applying a slight time-variant delay. The strength of this effect can be controlled by the strength parameter sent to the rightmost inlet (a float between 0 and 1) - this parameter is also the function's argument.
RandomSeeder Abstraction random based object
Sends out a global message called "RTC-rs" to all RTC random based objects.
reanimate Abstraction Sends out a bang on right outlet after x miliseconds if there has been no input bang in left inlet during x miliseconds.
Sends out a bang on right outlet after x miliseconds if there has been no input bang in left inlet during x miliseconds. Bangs which are sent to the left inlet are simply passed through. A "stop" message in left input stops the reanimation.
receive External Receive messages without patch cords
The send and receive objects allow you to send any kind of message between Patcher windows or within a window without using patch cords. The order of reception by two or more receive objects is not deterministic.
receive~ External Receive a signal from one or more send~ objects
Receive a signal from one or more send~ objects. receive~ grabs signals put out by send~ objects and outputs them out its signal outlet. You can switch between all current receive~ objects using the set message. To turn off the audio coming from a receive~, use set with the name of a send~ that doesn't currently exist.
remote External Sending messages to named objects anywhere in MAX

RemoteMIDI Patch for sending MIDI over the internet
repeat-ED Abstraction sends out a certain number of rhythm bangs
Int in left inlet sends out a certain number of rhythm bangs with an entry delay (ED) given in right inlet.
ring_keyPress External emulates a keystroke by a given number.

Sending a list of numbers means to hold all the keys at once.
Rockband Drum Midi Interface Patch This patch makes it so that you can just plug your rockband drum controller into your computer via usb and send the midi messages over the IAC Bus or Midi Yoke to whatever midi supported drum machine ( or softsynth or sampler ) you wish to play.
Change the number boxes at the bottom of the patch to change the notes which are output, save the note output configurations with the preset object to the right by holding shift and clicking the dot once you have a midi configuration that you like.

rs.delos External GUI timeline object
rs.delos, sort of a crossbreed of the pre-Max5 timeline object with a pianoroll style Midi editor, lets you put events in a timeline and send them out synchronized to a transport object.

Each event acts as a container for:
- pitch/velocity and duration information,
- user definable parameters,
- user definable breakpoint functions,
- MSP buffer display,
- any arbitrary message.
Rsend External remote send and receive
sends Max messages from one machine to another
sadam.base64 External Base64 encoder & unencoder object.
sadam.base64 will encode and unencode any message you send it (actually it takes into consideration only the first element of the message if the message has multiple elements). Since the base64 encoding contains only alphanumerical characters and a few symbols (which are: +, / and =), the encoded string can safely be used outside the native Max world (for example, with MXJ or in text files). Combined with sadam.lzo it can be used to safely transmit huge amount of data over network using for example the MXJ-based jit.net.send object, or for storing (originally) binary data in an external text file.
