COOPER Patch a framework to control patches from a meta-parameter-level
COOPER is a flexible environment which allows to control patches from a meta-parameter-level.
all the audio-processing is split into modules (generators and modulators),
which are connected to each other through a matrix.
every input you give to a module (with input devices like midi controlers, the computerkeyboard etc)
can be recorded into a figure-file.
recording and playing figures allows the user to produce complex musical structures
without the need to control every single parameter by hand.
there can be any number of meta-levels:
a figure can itsself contain commands to play figures (which themselfs can play figures etc).
figures can be local or global, containing commands for only one particular module or
for all modules touched within the time recorded.
and you can of course write figures by hand or with other programs.
it's easy to integrate custum patches as modules into the environment.
DecInc Abstraction Does the same as IncDec, but will work with the up and down keys instead of mouse clicks.
detonate External Sequencing and graphic score following
The detonate object--based on "explode" by Miller Puckette--allows you to input sequences of numbers via inlets, and to input and edit sequences graphically via the mouse and keyboard. (See "EXPLODE: A User Interface for Sequencing and Score Following" by Puckette in the Proceedings, International Computer Music Conference, 1990, Glasgow). The parameter names for input and output are redefinable. By default, from right to left are: extra 2, extra 1, track, channel, duration, velocity, pitch, and time. For MIDI purposes, these parameter names are useful, but the detonate object can be used with values of any nature as a general-purpose object for the storing and sequencing of numbers. The contents of detonate are saved with its patcher, although you can use Save As... when the detonate window is active to save it in its own file.

EAMIR - Lazy Guy Standalone Application Lazy Guy is an interactive music system for composition and performance. Using a webcam, Lazy Guy tracks a color chosen by the user by mouse-clicking on the first window. This color is then tracked and visually displayed in the second window.

Lazy Guy is an interactive music system for composition and performance. Using a webcam, Lazy Guy tracks a color chosen by the user by mouse-clicking on the first window. This color is then tracked and visually displayed in the second window. The orientation of the tracked color will determine the pitch and velocity of a MIDI tone generator much like a Theremin. Lazy Guy differs from a Theremin in that the user may select from a bank of tones to play enabling Lazy Guy to perform in various keys on the fly. Lazy Guy is best performed with a laser pointer (hence the name ""lazy [laser]"" Guy) color to be tracked.

Slider is a touchscreen musical interface that converts graphical table data into a linear array of musical notes. The slider software is run on a touchscreen computer which allows the table data to be entered by physically touching the graphical interface. Each point in the table is analyzed serially and yields a note. The notes are played back at user variable rhythm which can be changed by touching a rhythmic value icon at the left. The tempo can be changed as well. When a user touches the screen, the points are read and produce notes. The higher the line appears when it is read, the higher the note will sound. A keyboard appears beneath the table to reflect the pitch of the point currently being analyzed. By default, notes are read “up and down” that is, from left to right to left. This option can be changed to have notes read up (from left to right only) and down (from right to left only). Like all EAMIR software, the slider software can be customized to work with the sounds of any type of synthesizer. By default, the slider software will filter all of the notes to the 7 pitch classes of the C Major scale. The tonic and mode can be changed at any time by selecting from one of the 11 pitch classes or one of the 28 diatonic modes at the bottom left of the screen. User made patterns can be stored and recalled with ease by shift+clicking in the preset grid.

en_analyzer~ External interface to The Echo Nests's audio analysis.
en_analyzer~ is a Max external that provides an interface to The Echo Nest's audio analysis API. The Echo Nest provides automatic musical analysis that uses machine listening techniques to extract attributes such as tempo, key, time signature, harmony, timbre, and rhythmic structures. With en_analyzer~, Max users can use The Echo Nest's technology to analyze audio data from a buffer~ object. The resulting analysis data can then be used to manipulate the original audio. Possible applications include building visualization tools, filtering or sorting segments of a song based on their pitch or timbre, and using rhythmic and harmonic events in a song to trigger another musical or visual process.

debug: SELECT prenom, nom FROM auteurs RIGHT JOIN auteur_libraries USING (id_auteur) WHERE auteur_libraries.id_library='133'V.j. Manzo The EAMIR project is an open-source effort to enable educators with technology for music education. Software is designed around a common configuration which can be easily implemented by music educators around the world by downloading source code and standalone applications through eamir.org.

Users who understand programming can edit the source code and post their new source and standalone applications back to the site for the EAMIR community to use.

Much of the EAMIR software is also designed to allow students with physical and mental disabilities to create meaningful music using interfaces that are accessible to their needs.

The EAMIR SDK allows users to easily create their own EAMIR-like applications by connecting preassembled interface modules to musical modules. The interfaces include cameras with color tracking, guitar hero controllers, wii remotes and devices, dance dance revolution pads, and other gaming controllers as well as traditional MIDI instruments like keyboards.
